- 1 lb. fresh string beans washed and trimmed
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- salt/pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Place string beans in a large bowl with the garlic.
Sprinkle smoked paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper over top.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the beans and mix together.
Lay string beans on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
In a small skillet, add almond and toast for up to 5 minutes. Make sure you stay with them to prevent them from burning.
Remove string beans and drizzle a bit more maple syrup and sprinkle almonds on top.
Serve and enjoy!
